LEAD Estero values and celebrates the Estero High School staff as we are truly blessed with the best Educators in Lee County!

Here is a list of scholarships available to the class of 2025 at Estero High School.

LEAD Estero / Founders Scholarship:  $10,000 - Lilly Ortega

LEAD Estero / Amy Kuchenbecker Scholarship: $5,000 - Natalia Gonzalez Cabrera

LEAD Estero / Topper Family Scholarship: $5,000 - Drue Overmyer

LEAD Estero / DelNegro Family Scholarship: $5,000 - Anna Sentucq

LEAD Estero / Trade School Scholarship: $2,500 - Rayne Woods

LEAD Estero / Trade School Scholarship: $2,500

Partnering with Engage Estero, this event was a HUGE success! This years event was a Murder Mystery themed event raising money for the Southwest Florida CEO Program at Estero High School, college scholarships and donating to Estero High School arts departments.

LEAD Estero hosted the second Leadership Camp at FGCU / Daveler & Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship. Winners were awarded a total of $3000 in college scholarships! 

Donation to Estero High School - $650.00 was for all of the student art that sold at our silent auction which Estero paid directly to the students, plus donated $1000 each to the three departments that participated in the event... Pottery, Photography and Fine Art.

Partnering with Engage Estero, this event was a HUGE success! This years event was a Classic Hollywood themed event raising money for the Lead Estero Leadership Camp, college scholarships and donating to Estero High School arts departments.

LEAD students will be volunteering at the event as well as having a booth to help spread the word about LEAD. We also fundraised from local clubs in our community to help support the event and raised $500 from the Club at Grandezza for student scholarships... thank you Grandezza!

LEAD Estero / Nicholas Batos Scholarship: $5,000 - Rolando Escandon

LEAD Estero / Topper Family Scholarship: $5,000 - Jessica Brown  

LEAD Estero / Dr. Sandra Kauanui Scholarship: $1,000 

LEAD Estero / Trade School Scholarship: $2,500  

LEAD Estero / Trade School Scholarship: $2,500 

LEAD students have partnered with Happen 365, an Estero non-profit organization tackling childhood obesity locally! We happily donated $500. 

LEAD students have partnered with the Walk for Apraxia, an Estero non-profit organization that assists local children with the rare speech disorder! We happily donated $500 and volunteered at this years event. 

Working with our community partner Engage Estero, we have established a $25,000 endowment fund at FGCU. This fund will produce a $1,000 scholarship annually to an Estero High School graduate in perpetuity! We will keep adding to this fund in the future to help students even more! 

LEAD Estero hosted our first official Leadership Camp at FGCU / Daveler & Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship. Winners were awarded a total of $4000 in college scholarships!

Partnering with Engage Estero, this event was a HUGE success! This was our first large event which helped fund the Lead Estero Leadership Camp, college scholarships and starting the FGCU endowment fund.

Engage Estero (formerly ECCL) needed volunteers for their community outreach event helping those in the West Broadway area affected by the horrible event of Hurricane Ian. LEAD showed up in force to assist in any way they could... 

LEAD Estero purchased a digital wet bulb thermometer to help coaches monitor the conditions on our athletic fields to help prevent athletes from overheating
